Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations
∎ Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
∎ Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
∎ Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
∎ Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice
∎ Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts
∎ Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Tender, E-gp, Estimate. Govt. Work
∎ Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
∎ Strong time-management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
∎ Well-developed negotiation skills.
