Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a science background in Higher secondary(HSC)
∎ Applicants must be highly adaptable with new technologies. (Google Suite: Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, Google calendar. Email, Web browsing).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential existing prospects/customers through inbound/outbound calls to inform them about ULTIMA RO Water Purifier & other ULTIMA products and services using predefined scripts and the guidance and inspiration of The Company.
∎ Handle product & service inquiries as well as scientific (Water & health-related) inquiries from various clients. Analyze the client's requirements and offer customized solutions based on client's needs.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
∎ Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
∎ Handle grievances of existing customers timely and in an effective manner.
∎ Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
∎ Making enhanced outbound calls on leads.
∎ Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis.
∎ Responsible for achievement of daily targets.
∎ Problem-solving and creative attitude
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his superiors from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have a good skill at team management tools and productivity applications
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of any regional language is definitely a plus.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Must have experience in Outbound and Inbound Calling.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Incentives on making valid leads and sales (up to additional 10,000/-).
Job Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years.
