Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise customer care team, resolving issues promptly.
∎ Coordinate with technician lead to forward customer issues.
∎ Coordinate with Headend Technology lead to resolve technical issue.
∎ Having extensive practical knowledge of Magnaquest Software and the ability to make changes when necessary.
∎ Monitor inbound/outbound calls, verify customer care daily reports.
∎ Propose innovative strategies/ideas for customer expansion and retention.
∎ Review call recordings and manage departmental operations.

∎ • Good command in both English and Bangla.
∎ • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
