Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise customer care team, resolving issues promptly.
∎ Coordinate with technician lead to forward customer issues.
∎ Coordinate with Headend Technology lead to resolve technical issue.
∎ Having extensive practical knowledge of Magnaquest Software and the ability to make changes when necessary.
∎ Monitor inbound/outbound calls, verify customer care daily reports.
∎ Propose innovative strategies/ideas for customer expansion and retention.
∎ Review call recordings and manage departmental operations.

∎ • Work experience in customer care field in ISP/Satellite Television cable networks sector will be an added advantage.
∎ • Good command in both English and Bangla.
∎ • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ • Excellent negotiation and compliance skills.
∎ • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a leading team mindset.
