∎ We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary purpose of this position is to accelerate supply chain operations and facilitate uninterrupted delivery of patient care through providing the necessary supplies, equipment and services.
∎ Assist in achieving clinical and financial objectives for the hospital relating to drug, supply and purchased service expense by optimizing procurement, distribution, inventory and transportation efficiencies.
∎ Assist and provides specialized technical guidance and support in the usage of the Supply Chain Procurement and ERP System. In addition to that the incumbent is responsible for maintaining systems integrity including accuracy of item location files, requesters, requesting locations and vendor location files, etc.
∎ Day to day tasks of Supply Chain Management department to meet procurement's requirements timely and proactively.
∎ Manage internal and external customers as vendors effectively. Maintain collaboration, team work and stakeholder management with internal and external customers.
∎ Other works as per management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 Years' experience in the field of SCM and/Procurement/Project Management etc.
∎ Extremely detail-oriented, with well-developed organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
∎ Well conversant in English writing and speaking.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, ERP etc.
∎ Ability to generate reports and analyze data.
∎ Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of IIEI&H.
