∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with shipping line
∎ Follow up vessel schedule, shipment advise, prepare BL
∎ Communicate with overseas agent via email
∎ Up to date knowledge of present market, product and problems
∎ Having experience in the field of freight forwarding -Sea freight department
∎ Regular monitoring and tracking of various stages
∎ Negotiate ocean FCL/FCL rates
∎ Knowledge about HBL release and MBL surrender
∎ Regular shipment follow up and checking containers connection with mother vessels
∎ Responsible for documentation, having approval, pre-alert sending.
∎ Responsible for timely shipment booking and secure space

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 2-4 years of Freight forwarding industry especially in the Sea Freight department
∎ Well experienced in email communication
∎ Basic knowledge of Bangladesh export policy
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of MS office application

Salary: Negotiable
