Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have MSc from Biological science (M Pharm is preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide training and development program for Field Forces to increase knowledge, skill, quality of works and productivity to build up corporate image.
∎ Create training program on attitude, motivation and time management and communication skills.
∎ Responsible to identify training needs of the field forces by need assessment with collaboration of HR Department.
∎ Design yearly plan of training program for upgrading the existing field forces by developing training calendar with schedule.
∎ Design and execute training program for new field forces with the collaboration of SMD & HRD.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the trainer and trainee by specific monitoring devices.
∎ Responsible to conduct the training programs within approved budget with the conformation of company guidelines.
∎ Prepare & execute annual training plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years experienced in pharmaceuticals training is needed (Work in sales training is
∎ preferable)
∎ Working in top 20 company is preferable
∎ 1-2 years Sales job experienced is preferable
∎ Ability to work in high pressure
∎ Ready to travel extensively
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
