Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients in construction, real estate, engineering, and manufacturing sectors

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for steel products (TMT bars, MS angles, sheets, etc.)

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers, contractors, and corporate buyers

  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations

  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and follow up until order closure

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and report actionable insights to management

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment

  • Manage collections and ensure receivables are within company credit policy

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Execute promotional campaigns targeting contractors, civil engineers, and procurement heads

  • Develop marketing materials including product catalogs, brochures, and digital content

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and procurement meetings

  • Support brand visibility in the local and regional market

  • Coordinate with the digital team for online presence and lead generation

Reporting & Admin

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager

  • Maintain accurate records of client data, visits, and order history in CRM or company system
