The Senior Executive (QC) will ensure product quality through regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. The role includes identifying defects, conducting RCA, implementing corrective actions, maintaining quality documentation, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Core responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Planning: Ensure product quality through incoming raw materials, in-process, end-line, and finished goods inspections in accordance with approved standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Quality Improvement: Identify quality defects, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions, coordinate with relevant departments, and support product development activities.
• Documentation & Team Management: Maintain quality inspection reports and related documentation, address customer complaints, supervise and train subordinates, and perform other quality-related duties as assigned by Management.
