∎ Previous experience in foreign procurement/purchase (Import) will get preference.
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ The applicants have experience in Tableware/ Ceramics industries would be preferred.
∎ Training & certification in International Business or relevant field will add extra value.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with operations, production & analysis the supply chain process to make monthly & yearly procurement plan.
∎ Sourcing of new supplier and materials, sampling, development, price bidding analysis, factory requirement analysis, management approval, issuing of work order, LC/TT application and office memorandum to issue the LC.
∎ H.S. code analysis & input proper H.S. code to avoid mis-declare of high amount of customer duty and fine penalties.
∎ Communicating with insurance company to collect insurance cover note and policy whether is required.
∎ Shipment follow up, ship tracking, shipping documents checking and confirmation before submit to supplier’s bank.
∎ Closely monitor with shipping lines and C&F about to confirm the ship arrival and take necessary preparation for customs clearing.
∎ After inhouse purchased materials in the factory, collect random test about to ensure the materials quality, and its’ received note before closing the purchase process.
∎ Identify process bottleneck, strong follow ups with Accounts & Finance, commercial, factory production, operations, customer port authority, C&F and other operational teams with adequate cross functional knowledge.
∎ Ensure company’s policy & guideline for strategic & effective procurement process through day-today supervision.
∎ Follow up any other jobs assigned time to time by management.
