Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for website quality and better user experience.
∎ Responsible for verification call & visit.
∎ Audit inbound and outbound calls, as well as make training modules and audit forms to improve the efficiency of calling teams.
∎ Analyze complaints, queries, and customer service trends along with reports to find out the root cause of unnoticed service gaps.
∎ Work with different teams, ensuring collaboration and solving potential problems.
∎ Responsible for onboarded member verification, as well as identifying fraudsters and taking actions to bar abusive users from using the website.
∎ Perform according to quarterly defined Deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reporting, maintaining the command hierarchy.
∎ Free from bias and prejudice in daily activities and report unethical, unprofessional, and/or, non-compliance issues immediately.
∎ Work on different projects assigned by Bikroy management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Knowledge on SQL is mandatory.
∎ Savvy communicator with sound analytical skills.
∎ Should have proficient knowledge of reporting and making presentations using Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Microsoft Office programs, etc.
