Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manufacturing feasibility study of new project/product and pre-determination of qualitative & quantitative formulation.
∎ Taking initiatives to procure required raw & packaging materials for completion of new project/product.
∎ Preparation of Product Development project plan (Gant chart) which is set in Product Development Committee Meeting.
∎ Experience on New Product Formulation Development of different dosage forms of sterile products, especially including aqueous eye drops, suspension eye drops, eye ointment/gel, etc. by carrying different lab trials.
∎ Carrying out Pilot Batch production for stability study.
∎ Preparation of manufacturing process sheet for different trials batches including lab, pilot/stability batches, etc.
∎ Preparing recipe, annexure, etc. for submission to Drugs Administration.
∎ Preparing specification of packaging materials e.g., Inner Carton, Leaflet, Label, Dropper Bottle, Pre-filled Syringe, Laminated Tube, Shipping Carton, etc. & checking of proof copy of all packaging materials.
∎ Maintenance of general hygiene and proper house-keeping within the department.
∎ Preparing Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packaging Record (BPR) for commercial production.
∎ Execution of Trial Batches at Production Department.
∎ Preparing Process Validation Protocol & performing Process Validation.
∎ Preparing Drug Master File (DMF), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), etc.
∎ Proper documentation for easy retrieval & preparing monthly report.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Able to work under pressure & to face any audit.
∎ Leadership capabilities.
∎ Mental strength to meet the timelines of new project/product.
∎ Skill-ness on different micro-soft office programs (Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
