Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a single contact across India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh to destination/customers in daily communication
∎ Playing as a Team leader of Control Tower(CT) role
∎ Control the team's coordination on the central billing from origins ,ensure origin are preparing an error free billings on time and the team issues single invoice/billing summary to customer on time.
∎ Lead the team to prepare the KPI to the customer/management
∎ Manage the team to set up reports in the system for regular data audit to ensure shipment visible to customers on time and error free
∎ Identify the problems/solutions in the daily operations flow ,then manage the team to carry out the preventive
∎ Working with ERP Solution (Freight Forwarding)
∎ System input in GTN and others tasks given by the supervisor.
∎ System input in customer's system as and when required
∎ Communicate with Agents in different countries for Shipment approval.
∎ Follow SOP to execute shipment accordingly (if any)
∎ Daily PO monitoring / DSR update for Console shipment.
∎ Check with destination agents for doc's process
∎ Negotiate with Carrier & Co-Leaders for better & competitive rates
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ A good team leader
∎ Should have experience in Freight forwarding industry with thorough knowledge on Ocean Freight for minimum 3 years
∎ Sound working experience of Freight Forwarding software & should be IT savvy
∎ Sound knowledge on GT Nexus, PO management
∎ Good communication skill in English is must
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
