Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain overall office network (both LAN & Wi-Fi,) and Internet Connectivity.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup Switch, PC, Laptop, UPS related Hardware and software issues intently.
∎ Troubleshoot network issues and ensure uninterrupted connectivity for all office users.
∎ Implement and maintain network protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
∎ CCTV and IP Camera establish and maintain DVR/NVR system in New Project.
∎ Configuring switches, routers (Specially MikroTik/CISCO), Wi-Fi access points, and troubleshooting if any network device malfunctions.
∎ Maintenance and connectivity support the IP PABX/PABX System.
∎ Cable Installation.
∎ Setup, Technical Support & troubleshooting office computers, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, Printers, etc.
∎ Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications as needed.
∎ Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network and data.
∎ Stay updated on IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
∎ Regularly back up critical data to prevent data loss.
∎ Provide IT support to office staff for hardware and software issues.
∎ Respond to help desk requests and resolve technical problems promptly.
∎ Document and maintain records of IT support activities.
