Must ensure cyber security, data backup.
Ability to coordinate effectively with users, vendors, and service providers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage IT-related emergencies.
Responsibilities & Context:
Hardware installation and troubleshooting and network device daily log check.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Manage user accounts, access rights, email accounts, and other IT services.
Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, networking, and connectivity issues.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and service records.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance, IP phones, and other IT-enabled systems.
Ensure regular backup of critical data and assist in data recovery when required.
Monitor system performance, security, antivirus, and software updates.
Coordinate with internet, software, hardware, and other IT service providers.
Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, software implementation, and office setup/migration.
Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, licenses, and IT assets.
