∎ Sound functional knowledge of accounting system (preferably Oracle, not must) and HR software.
∎ Mandatory Experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitals/ Large Clinics.
∎ Proficiency in MS office Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Mandatory Experience in healthcare clinics.
∎ Ability to handle growing business Team player, Ability to enforce compliance and build/streamline processes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the HR records are maintained and updated regularly.
∎ Report and publish HR dashboard reports headcount, leave/attendance, exit, etc.
∎ Point of contact to all employees for all HR matters.
∎ Work with the central compensation and benefits structure to ensure compliance to salary and grading structures and other compensation and benefits requirements.
∎ Mobilization and induction of new employees. Would act as the SPOC for all on boarding activities.
∎ Ensure smooth running of all HR Operations and HR Administrative duties such as Payroll, HR reporting, Recruitment, Performance review.

∎ This person will be in-charge of the HR and admin function of the healthcare center and act as a single point of contact for all Admin and HR related activities of the center. This role will report to the center manager and will have indirect reporting to the corporate team.
