Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters.
∎ Candidate with advance certification on Supply Chain Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define a strategic inventory planning & action plan on yearly/monthly/daily basis. The objectives in terms of savings cost and stock optimization, warehouse management and main issues in terms of business integration.
∎ Manage and coordinate the sales and operations planning including supply and demand forecasting, inventory management, on time delivery.
∎ Reduce Inventory holding cost, logistics cost and through optimized Inventory flow.
∎ Monitor and enhance department's performance through effective management by using capacity & resources.
∎ Assure import regulations in regards to safe receipt of the consignment.
∎ Ensure all kinds of departmental activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization.
∎ Strengthen & implement SOP/Policy based on company rules and regulation.
∎ Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and follow up.
∎ Must be able to work independently and supervise the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants previously having 2-3 years working experience in the relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Distribution, Store/ Inventory.
∎ Proficient in ERP.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Proficiency in use of MS Office.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working.
∎ Should be familiar with Warehouse Management.
