Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly & meekly Production Plan according to sales forecast.
∎ Monitoring and reviewing of monthly & weekly Production Target.
∎ Preparation of daily production & packaging plan of Oral Liquid, Cream, Ointment and Suppository Products and carried the plan accordingly. Capability to develop the packaging Materials of all dosage forms in a pharmaceuticals.
∎ Preparation and Implementation of GMP documents (e.g. SOP, EOP, Protocol, BMR, BPR etc.).
∎ Having leadership skill to handle the team.
∎ Should have capability to ensure safety, health, hygiene and environment.
∎ Inter sectional/departmental communication.
∎ Supervision and monitoring of both domestic and export order processing activities.
∎ Preparation & monitoring of Physician's Sample of Oral Liquid, Cream, Ointment and Suppository Products
∎ Leading the Quality Circle Team and Supervision & Monitoring their activities.
∎ Assist the Departmental head to lead a big team successfully.
∎ Ensuring smooth supply of products by close monitoring with SCM & Sales Department.
∎ Analysis of weekly, monthly and yearly production achievement.
∎ Process Loss optimization for higher productivity (e.g. Lean manufacturing, COGS, etc.). 15. Exposure to Pharmaceuticals risk assessment under quality management system.
∎ Committed to work U S FDA/ MHRA/ Regulatory environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience should be 3 to 6 years in respective field
∎ Educational qualification: should be B. Pharm./ M. Pharm.
∎ Exposure to machine commissioning.
∎ Ability to take challenges to establish the quality system
