Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost Analyzing of Govt. Construction Work & Real Estate Work.
∎ Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
∎ Computes costs by analyzing material, and time requirements.
∎ Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
∎ Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
∎ Prepare, schedule, Bill, coordinate the assigned engineering projects
∎ Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Overseeing projects to ensure costs remain in line with forecasts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
