Job Context:
∎ To meet our expanding business needs we are looking for a suitable person who will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all types of machinery in process & utility section and supervise the project work and all kind of renovation works.
∎ Work Station: Factory, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical process & utility machinery.
∎ Maintain all kinds of related documentation such as SOP, logbook, qualification documents and any other necessary.
∎ Coordinate the design, fabrication, and all kinds of project & renovation work.
∎ Coordinate the job of other sectional Engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
∎ Supervise the activities of the Engineering store.
∎ Look after the maintenance of the gas line, REB line, and drainage system and also communicate with the Govt. personnel in this regard if required.
∎ Conduct trend analysis of breakdown for machinery in assigned section.
∎ Coordinate with the Supply Chain Division for inventories, spares and other change parts available for the machines.
∎ Prepare technical CS and maintain correspondences with the vendors to get the maintenance job done on time.
∎ Coordinate with the relevant service providers/ 3rd party for repairing, maintenance and spares related issues.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years' related experience
∎ Knowledge: Fully operational in dealing with pharmaceutical machinery, design, fabrication, and all kinds of project & renovation work
∎ Skills & Competencies:
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and Decision-making Ability
∎ Written and verbal communication skills
∎ Organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Proficiency in MS Office
