Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to recommend remedies.
∎ Planning and execution of all mechanical related works
∎ Perform detailed documentation of major components to track project development.
∎ Sound knowledge about running maintenance, schedule maintenance.
∎ Should have knowledge about HT/LT water system, Heat exchanger, Radiator, Gas module, Air module, Charge Air module and any other auxiliary system which are involved in power plant.
∎ Should have to knowledge about spare management for running maintenance and schedule maintenance during engine overhauling.
∎ Plan, Prioritize, Assign, Supervise and review the work of staff involved in a variety of engineering tasks related to the operations and maintenance of generation equipment.
∎ Take readings of all the gauges and parameters at a prescribed intervals and records in the respective log books.
∎ Review operating, startup and shutdown procedures data and identify areas in need of modification or improvement.
∎ Able to work as a team leader and knowledge of building team.
∎ Able to make spare part procurement.
∎ Prepare Yearly/Monthly/Daily generate report.
∎ Able to take necessary action to keep the plant running.
∎ To write all the relevant events of the shift in the shift log book, including any pending actions to be taken in the next shift.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in heavy industries (Cement, Pharmaceutical, Steel).
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team

Salary:
∎ 70K+
