∎ Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that drive growth and innovation across the company.

∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve operational efficiencies.
∎ Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Represent Sardar Trims LTD in industry forums, conferences, and key stakeholder engagements.
∎ Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and explore new markets.
∎ Foster strong relationships with partners, customers, and industry influencers.
