Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PO Management
∎ On-board new customer
∎ Implement new SOP, VAS, Project
∎ Handle Project Cargo
∎ Booking Management
∎ Consolidation and CLP preparation
∎ Data management in different system & ensure data quality
∎ Carrier Management - Pricing & schedule matching
∎ Communication with Customer, Control tower, Destination office & Shipper
∎ Prepare operational PPT and presentation to the customer
∎ Problem Solving/ Claim settlement
∎ GOH shipment handling for both CFS & CY
∎ Follow SOP to execute shipment accordingly (if any)
∎ Working with ERP Solution (Freight Forwarding)
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience with fair understanding of Ocean freight Customer Service
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English
∎ Good leadership quality
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Sound working experience of ERP Solution (Freight Forwarding) software
Salary: Negotiable
