∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of total import; both local and foreign for dyes, chemicals, salt, machineries, spare parts, accessories etc.
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers and sellers, payment realization, release etc
∎ Checking & controlling PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services;
∎ Correspondence with local and foreign Bank.
∎ Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Maintaining constant liaison with L/C opening bank, supplier, C&F agent for smooth import & deliver
∎ Communicating with supplier about the LC and acceptance.
∎ Import Documents Collection and Endorsement from the respective bank.
∎ Managing Banking international import document
∎ Follow up LC shipment, import documents collect from Line Bank & send to Chittagong or Airport for realizing goods
∎ Regular visit to respective banks for endorsement or any other document collection/correction.
∎ Shipment documents preparing and arranging like Commercial Invoice, Packing List, LC/Sales-Contract, EXP, Import Permit (from BTMA, BKMEA, BGMEA, BIDA, CCI), and Insurance (if required)
∎ The applicant must have broad knowledge on C&F, total import documents preparing, LC opening, dealing with C&F agents and custom.
∎ Expert in dealing with C&F agent for related import matter.
∎ Operating total Import in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing situations.
∎ Any other task as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Import, Customs & Bond, Dealing with CNF Agents
∎ Advanced skill in Microsoft Office
∎ Communication skill in Bengali & English Both

Salary: Negotiable
