∎ Must have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute maintenance tasks for handover buildings
∎ Coordinate repair activities with contractors and maintenance staff as necessary
∎ Estimation of Building Maintenance Cost
∎ Manage the maintenance budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality
∎ Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs and expenditures
∎ Develop and implement emergency response protocols to handle unexpected maintenance issues promptly
∎ Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
