Responsibilities & Context:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across banking, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and government sectors.
Develop customized messaging solutions (OTP, transactional, promotional)
Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2.Operator & Route Management
Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international MNOs
Negotiate termination rates and secure competitive direct routes
Monitor route quality, delivery rates, and pricing structure
Optimize the routing strategy to maximize profitability
3. Account Management & Retention
Manage key enterprise accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
Analyze traffic patterns and identify upselling opportunities
Ensure SLA compliance and service reliability
Address client concerns promptly to minimize churn
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning
Track regulatory changes in telecom and messaging compliance
Identify new verticals and international expansion opportunities
Provide strategic recommendations to management
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all messaging traffic complies with telecom regulations and anti-spam policies
Coordinate with regulatory bodies where required
Protect the company from grey route exposure and financial penalties
6. Internal Coordination
Work closely with routing, NOC, finance, and technical teams
Support credit control and payment follow-up
Ensure seamless client onboarding and technical integration
