Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily MIS Report in collaboration with operation team.
∎ Monthly report (Fuel consumption, Meter reading & Outage report etc)
∎ Prepare Monthly & Yearly HFO, Lube oil & LFO requirement
∎ Minimize the fuel consumption & Lube oil consumption as per monthly target.
∎ Analyses Fuel and Lube oil test report and compare with target value with Operation and plant in-charge.
∎ Resolve common and complex deliveries, disputes, and claims between suppliers and customers.
∎ Ensure environmental and river safety with coordinate Safety officer during Fuel unloading.
∎ Maintain Daily Fuel Stock and prepare Consumption Report & Daily Fuel Stock Report.
∎ Smoothly handle oil loading & unloading operation, storage, delivery to generation & quantification.
∎ Carryout routine inspection of all pipelines, valves, hose fittings, oil receiving tanks & other equipment’s and take necessary step.
∎ Maintain inventory of spare parts and monthly oil inventory report & submission to plant manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate would have at least 04 years of experience in a role of a similar capacity and HFO Plant experience.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ An independent individual with initiative and able to work well under pressure.
∎ A team player able to interact with people from all levels.
