Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulations & Process Development for all dosage forms .
∎ To set up raw materials specification & raising requisition to commercial department for development sample.
∎ Review the formulation of existing products if required.
∎ Prepare SOPs, Product Brief, Annexure, and Recipe & Submission of sample for product registration.
∎ Prepare the process validation protocol, batch manufacturing records, batch packaging records, process validation reports & other formulation document.
∎ Analysis of development sample for new products
∎ Analysis of trial products (Trial batch & Pilot batch) & analysis report preparation.
∎ Stability study & preparation of study report as per SOP.
∎ Analytical Method development, Validation & Report preparation.
∎ To prepare, review & update SOPs, working standards & maintain calibration records of instruments.
∎ Ensure cGMP at every stage of laboratory activities and safety in the Product Development Laboratory.
∎ Ensure all product development activities effectively
∎ Perform analysis as per new product development
∎ Ensure process validation activities in compliance with cGMP & cGLP guidelines to supply highest quality products to customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct product stability and quality review as per ICH & WHO guideline
∎ Coordinate new product launching and product life cycle management as per plan.
∎ Prepare stability data and shelf-life documentation.
∎ Maintain relationship with internal stakeholders, mainly QC, QA, Production and PMD etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority
