Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly.
∎ 2. Monitor routine maintenance of generators, AC (VRF System), force ventilation etc.
∎ 3. Ensure that safety training is provided to staff and that proper safety & Compliance practices are followed.
∎ 4. Troubleshoot any technical issues of generator & substation.
∎ 5. Maintain effective working relationship and work in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental and unit objectives.
∎ 6. Maintain minimum stock level of spare parts and costing for spare parts consumption.
∎ 7. Take necessary steps to approve requisition to draw spare parts from the store for maintenance purpose.
∎ 8. Coordinate drawing supervision of MEP execution as per the design, specification and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards
