Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day-to-day administrative tasks including office maintenance, vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of office activities.
∎ Ensure that the receptionists, cleaners, security personnel, and support staff are providing smooth administrative services.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
∎ Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external vendors on administrative matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as per requirement.
∎ Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures within the office premises.
∎ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management, as required.
∎ Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in regulations or organizational policies.
∎ Monitor & keep records of all company vehicles.
