Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation/renewal of all agreement/deed related to rental of company establishment, trade license, VAT & other different licenses / certificates etc and ensure timely payment of utility/service bill of the company;
∎ Management of company transport services, pool car and third-party car management etc.;
∎ Assist on different event management activities and ensure necessary arrangement for all kind of entrainment & official refreshment.
∎ Arrange hotel reservation, air ticket booking. Make changes and amendments if required.
∎ Management of administrative services, includes but not limited to; office management, Office staff (Office Assistant, Peon, Cleaner, Drivers) supervision & monitoring, decoration and maintenance, furniture and fixture maintenance, air-condition system maintenance, pantry and refreshment items management, Follow-up for renovation & repair work, maintain liaison with vendors for layout and interior design, follow up and ensure completion of work within target deadline, company guest management, staff and guests travel arrangement, T&T/Telco connections, Fax, phones, supplier relationship etc;
∎ Procurement management services, includes but not limited to; Collect quotations and prepare comparison sheets & procure office equipment, stationaries & printings, visiting cards, necessary utilities as per requirement and also maintain regular communication with vendors, Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual procurement plan and carry out all procurement as per monthly/ quarterly/ annual plan, Managing & supervising the store
∎ Housekeeping Management, includes but not limited to; Ensure office cleanliness through preparation of checklist, monitoring cleaning work and maintain regular communication with outsourced cleaning company for smooth service, Liaison with internal & external stakeholders to create awareness regarding housekeeping, fire, health & safety issues as per company policy, procedures and program through team members
∎ Safety & Security Management, includes but not limited to: Monitor & ensure Health & Safety Management through ensuring availability of First Aid in company premises during working hour & installation and on time checking and re-filling of firefighting system. Maintain liaison with security service providing agency & ensure availability of right number of security forces and monitoring their job functions.
∎ Any other administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
