Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing all types of logistic support to the school.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of the entire premises.
∎ Proper housekeeping and ensure desired cleanliness of the office premises.
∎ Stationary and store management.
∎ Liaison with the authority for ensuring proper utilities.
∎ Cost effective management of the vehicle pool.
∎ Analyzing vehicle usage data and arrange proper payment.
∎ Asset Inventory and maintenance.
∎ Managing the petty cash efficiently.
∎ Maintain cash expenditure report.
∎ Procurement of necessaries (as per requirement).
∎ Ensure sound community relationship with the different section of the organization.
∎ Assist accounts department for the smooth functioning.
∎ Recruit support stuff as per requirements.
∎ Perform all the administrative duties as per the institution requirements.
∎ Willing to stay beside workplace.
