Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Candidate must have Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction cost estimation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have at least 10 to 15 years' experience in Estimation & cost budgeting of all types of Civil Structure such as Roads, Bridges , buildings, land filling, embankment, culvert, drain, boundary wall, river taming and earth protection etc.
∎ Candidate must have through knowledge at all Govt. Schedule of rate like PWD,RHD,BWDB,MES etc.
∎ Candidate should be very experienced in rate analysis by following all Govt. Schedule of rates like PWD, RHD, BWDB, MES etc.
∎ Candidate must have individual capacity to prepare BOQ rates to submit in all Govt. tenders.
∎ Proficiency in Auto CAD (2D) will be needed.
∎ Must have work experience on submitting Govt. tenders of various civil and electrical works.
∎ Must have updated knowledge on market rates of construction materials.
∎ Candidate should understand all types of drawings and have experience to make estimate and rate analysis from drawing.
∎ Field experience in construction project will be added advantage.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
