Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all Mechanical maintenance of all equipment's and machineries at the plant.
∎ Prepare maintenance schedule for all machineries.
∎ Troubleshot the machineries within short time without stop production.
∎ Prepare spare parts list as per schedule.
∎ Contact with third party vendor for emergency solution.
∎ Prepare maintenance check list for all machineries.
∎ Prepare annual maintenance budget for the factory.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of current manpower.
∎ Ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 Years experience for B.Sc. Graduates and 5 years for Diploma holders.
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Experience of relevant work in the factory (experience related to installation and commissioning of equipment in new plant.)
∎ Willingness to move near the factory in Manikganj.
