Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a public / recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and guide the team of distribution to run the plant efficiently and to ensure uninterrupted power supply to CEPZ, KEPZ, PDB, and to effort avoiding plant trips.
∎ Keep liaison with concerned regulatory and customer personnel
∎ Ensure the quality power supply to the customer by proper continuous supervision and by maintaining electrical parameters within their ideal operating ranges.
∎ Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work, respond to equipment faults, and Diagnose breakdown problems
∎ Control maintenance tools and equipment
∎ Perform preventive, predictive, and routine resections maintenance & cost estimation of maintenance
∎ Make different kinds of reports and documents
∎ Switchgear and substation maintenance.
∎ Participate in internal and external meetings, coordinate and communicate with the maintenance team and also communicate with administration and higher authority.
∎ Create spare parts and tools requisition, checked spare parts and tools quality, and ensure available spare parts and tools in store for the proper performance of maintenance.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper safety with ISO rules and try to reduce downtime of any maintenance works.
∎ Maintain, develop and ensure all documentation is done and reported to the relevant authority.
∎ Follow company policy, security, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Follow other jobs assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in Transmission and Distribution Line.
∎ Practical experience in 11 KV and 33 KV overhead distribution line supervision and maintenance
∎ Practical experience on 33/11 KV sub-station, operation and maintenance work
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure and good communication skills
∎ Manage team members well
