Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial plans, proposals and responsible for full execution of high scale projects.
∎ Responsible for dealing with clients, present proposals, plans, gather requirements and feedback to ensure project progress.
∎ Supervision of Projects, monitoring all interior works according to design, specification and drawings.
∎ Administer project activities, guide staffs and workers on a day to day basis.
∎ Estimate project budget, prepare BOQ and generate specific plans for execution of the project on time.
∎ Ensure material quality, accuracy of project erection and installation.
∎ Prepare reports to show to the Top management and clients.
∎ Proper documentation knowledge, and experience with government tenders and dealings.
∎ Full site responsibility and site documentation accordingly.
∎ Schedule different projects according to plan and communication with different stakeholders for smooth progress of the project.

∎ Age at least 30 years
