Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in EEE / ETE / ME / CSE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Translate user requirements in a functional design and technical concept.
∎ Implement PLC and SCADA applications.
∎ Working with Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 series PLC, HMI and WinCC SCADA Platform.
∎ Periodically travel to remote factory locations for control system troubleshooting, and start-up of control systems primarily across Bangladesh.
∎ Experience with design of control systems and architectures with Auto CAD and SOLIDWORKS, writing custom project specifications, and developing process control descriptions with input from project team.
∎ Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
∎ Experienced on Several Communication Protocol as like: TCP/IP, UDP, RS232, RS485, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Ether CAT
∎ Capable to work on Process Instrumentation
∎ Capable to interfacing PLC with custom Software (developed by C#.NET).
∎ Capable to work in OPC.
∎ Hands on experience on VFD, SERVO etc.
∎ Hands on experience on various short of sensor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Better knowledge regarding PLC, HMI and WinCC SCADA, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server.
∎ A working understanding of industrial control system and process automation. Experience of working with Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 series PLC.
∎ Capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate others.
∎ Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
∎ Ability to negotiate with, and persuade others.
∎ Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
∎ Confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
∎ People management skills.
