∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
∎ Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE, Project Management, Strong communication skills

Job Context:
∎ This is a position to coordinate with concerned project Management/PM/CM for the proper mobilization of the new projects and demobilization of the closing projects.
∎ We are one of the leading Construction/Infrastructure development company looking for such kind a role to work and do coordination of mobilization and demobilization with all the running/up coming and closing projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) To lead the implementation of the mobilization plan. (ex; Logistics support, yards, temporary.
∎ 2) To identify actions derived from the contract award and allocate to appropriate persons to close in a time efficient manner.
∎ 3) Support both HR and Operations teams in assessing the compentancy of transferring staff (or staff to be recruited) in line with contractual requirement.
∎ 4) Prepare and manage mobilization plans to ensure the successful handover to the operation team.
∎ 5) Taking care of the project during defect-liability period.
∎ 6) Implement project Management, Including 5P (Procurement Plan, Construction Plan, Equipment Plan, Manpower Plan and Cashflow)
∎ 7) Manage the mobilization team and project preparation activities with handover to project execution team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Traveling to Project sites.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Personal income tax, if any, will be on your account and deducted each month by the company at source at the time of salary disbursement. Two festival bonuses shall be given to you for the successful completion of every year in the service and provided that any such bonus or other bonus will be made as per the company policy as applicable from time to time.
