Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work done compliance with codes and standards from DAEEP procedures and employer requirements.
∎ Responsible for all assigned duties of Bridges and Structural works undertaken, at different project stages, within CMC project site.
∎ Responsible for all assigned duties of road works undertaken such as embankment construction, retaining wall construction, base course construction, and pavement works at different project stages, within the project site.
∎ Responsible for all assigned duties of precast yard management such as rebar fabrications, formwork fixing, concrete casting etc.
∎ Ensure that Civil / Structural tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with Quality Management System.
∎ Attending meetings with engineers and employer.
∎ Assist top management fulfill project objectives, monitor the project execution plan.
∎ Support in the improvement of the management principles and effectively manage the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the assigned works.
∎ Deliver accurate and timely information about the projects progress status against the relevant plans.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, internal and external.
∎ Ensures quality and technical execution of work are within project Quality Assurance and Quality Control regulations at site.
∎ Deliver high quality, innovative project solutions that provide real value to DAEEP.
∎ Be responsible for the integrated performance of site construction teams, and assist
∎ HSE manager putting in place Health & Safety, Environmental, strict adherence to the same.
∎ Coordinate the identification of risks, preventive measures, or corrective actions, as much as required to improve the project status, and mitigate the risks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of experience as a senior engineer or manager on large scale projects with solid expertise mainly in bridge Engineering.
∎ Knowledge of relevant codes and standards mainly in AASHTO and RHD(2016)
∎ Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in bridge EPC project.
∎ Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills to monitor and handle multiple work sites at the same time, balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines.
∎ Good command of English including speaking and writing.
∎ Strong communication skills including presentations and reporting.
∎ High resilience, proactive problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to create a team culture of camaraderie, integrity and trust, among multination and multicultural teams.
∎ Shall be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
