Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Post Grade will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled).
∎ Troubleshooting of production machinery. Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it & Ensure troubleshooting.
∎ Provide facilities to the production department and other premises of the plant.
∎ Will be responsible for plan, maintaining, and executing technical/engineering supports and solutions for continuous operation readiness of production machines, equipment and utilities.
∎ Observe, Study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
∎ Maintain overall Mechanical and Electrical work of the Factory.
∎ Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure the safety of visitors and workers by following occupational safety & environmental regulations.
∎ Plan and execute training for staff of the engineering department with updated technology.
∎ Carry out activities for continuous development of technical skills and motivation of subordination.
∎ Maintain good interpersonal relationships with other departments Ensure the safety of machinery and workforce of the plant.
∎ Manage purchases for operation and maintenance, equipment, and other utilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have required computer skills including MS (office, Excel, PowerPoint), etc. and AutoCAD.
∎ Good and analytical decision-making skills
∎ Eagerness to take on challenges and work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Chemical Industry.
