∎ Sanitary finishing works,
∎ Electrical finishing works,
∎ Glass, aluminum and window finishing works,
∎ Wood and door finishing works,
∎ Painting works,
∎ Tiles, marble, false ceilings, painting, flooring, and joinery.
∎ Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Sharp attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate all on-site finishing activities to meet project standards and timelines.
∎ Inspect the quality of finishing work and ensure adherence to specifications.
∎ Coordinate with logistics dept, suppliers and subcontractors for timely material delivery and execution.
∎ Monitor progress, identify and resolve delays or issues, and report to the Project Manager.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections and take corrective actions when needed.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
∎ Plan work schedules and drive teams to meet set targets.
∎ Maintain budget discipline and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Acme Technologies Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Engineer for Finishing Works to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of practical experience and be a Diploma or Graduate Engineer, with a successful trac5 record of delivering 4–5 completed building projects.
∎ Key Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of finishing works, finishing materials, and best practices.
