∎ Age 29 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Full time close supervision of residential building construction works in accordance with planning, design & drawing, supervising, controlling & coordinating the project independently.
∎ Interior and finishing work closely supervision and monitoring.
∎ Basement work, Cast in Situ Piling Work and also high-rise building full time close supervision in different projects.
∎ Prepare monthly or weekly work schedule, Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation, Cost Control.
∎ Ensuring high standard of quality of works independently.
∎ Coordination between management, consultant, contractors and project sites.
∎ Soil test work, field survey work, lay-out work in different projects.
∎ Prepare work plan, monthly report and work progress report (daily/weekly/monthly) submits to the management etc.
∎ Conduct monitoring and evaluation works, programmed reviews and sectoral reviews with government and other counterparts and prepare reports on results for required actions.
∎ Develop Protocol and procedures of water and sanitation options for Concern WASH Program.
∎ Effectively engage with sectoral (WASH) stakeholders to identify technical capacity need and extend support to work collaboratively.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Progress Report & Status Map of the project.
∎ Measurements for Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).
∎ In charge of Existing Pipeline Diversion Work.
∎ Preparation of Final Payment & Final BOQ.
∎ Preparation of Adjustment Cost Analysis.
