Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Supervise and perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of power & communication system/component in on-board vessels.
∎ • Supervise and perform CM and PM tasks in safe and timely manner.
∎ • Testing/calibration of high/low voltage equipment or fault analysis of electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices.
∎ • Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification when required.
∎ • Monitor maintenance and inspection plan.
∎ • Periodic inspections and reporting.
∎ • Any jobs assigned related to the post.

Additional Requirements:
∎ • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ • Preferably with at least 4-5 years working experience in electrical repairs and maintenance on board ships.
∎ • Able to understand electrical circuit drawings.
∎ • Knowledge in both electrical/electronic system. Preferably to have experience in Generators, Switchboards and PLC.
∎ • Understanding Electrical Engineering codes and safety standards.
∎ • Strong organizational and communication skills.
∎ • Problem-solving abilities.
∎ • Able to use MS Office applications.
