Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from public university or any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Workplace Mainly Head office
∎ Anywhere in Bangladesh if necessary
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalization of specification of Electrical Sub Station, lift, Generator, Multi ATS, Air conditioning system, Fire hydrant etc as per code, quotation collection and negotiation with the supplier's regarding Price & quality and prepare work order.
∎ Monitoring of all works of Electrical Licensing Board inspection and receiving clearance Certificate from ELB.
∎ Dealing with the concern authority of DPDC, DESCO, REB and PDB for finalization of HT line extension, Demand note issue, meter testing and permanent HT connection etc with entire responsibility.
∎ Ensure solar connection with specified load and arrange inspection by DESCO/DPDC/PDB/REB authority & making a positive report.
∎ Dealing with Fire Service & Civil Defense Department in connection with Fire clearance certificate.
∎ Dealing with City Corporation for road cutting permission and to get the job done on time.
∎ Monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning works of lift, Air Conditioning system, , Multi ATS of apartments, Fire hydrant, Fire alarm, CCTV based security system, Public Announcement system etc.
∎ Monitoring the activities of Electromechanical works of all running and handed over project.
∎ Attend any kind of call regarding lift ,Fire hydrant, Fire alarm, CCTV based security system, Public Announcement system etc.
∎ All electro-mechanical drawing study and implementation in all projects.
∎ Dealing with all related department for getting job done on time.
∎ Selection of sub-contractor, Preparation of Bill and BoQ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Developer, Real Estate, Construction company, Garments Factory, Cold Storage.
∎ Should have enough knowledge in Electro-mechanical work of Residential & Commercial building.
∎ Experience in Design & Installation of central Air Condition system.
∎ Should have enough connection with DESCO, DPDC, PDB,REB high officials etc.
∎ Should have 10 years experience at least 5 years in related field, Specially In Real Estate
