Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Student Counseling
∎ Needs Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments to understand students' educational goals, career aspirations, and financial capabilities.
∎ Program Selection: Advising students on suitable study programs, universities, and countries based on their preferences and qualifications.
∎ Application Guidance: Assisting students with the application process, including essay writing, letter of recommendation collection, and documentation.
∎ Visa Counseling: Providing guidance on visa requirements, application procedures, and potential challenges.
∎ Pre-Departure Briefing: Preparing students for their study abroad experience, including cultural orientation, accommodation arrangements, and living expenses.
∎ Immigration Assessment: Evaluating clients' eligibility for various immigration programs, such as student visas, and permanent residency.
∎ Documentation Preparation: Assisting clients in preparing the necessary documents for immigration applications.
∎ Visa Application: Guiding clients through the visa application process and addressing any queries.
∎ Post-Arrival Support: Providing support and guidance to clients after their arrival in the new country, including accommodation, and cultural adaptation.
