Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Care of Patients undergoing Hemo Dialysis (in Dialysis Unit).
∎ Counseling to MHD Patients and their attendants.
∎ Hospital level work experience as dialysis technician will be preferred.
∎ Responsible for the achievement of KAMPS mission, vision, short and long-term goals and financial objectives.
∎ Handling dialysis machines, Dialyzers, Renal Solutions, Dialysis medicines and other elements of dialysis.
∎ Overseeing the dialysis treatment procedure from start to finish.
∎ Record keeping of patients' medical information and vital signs.
∎ Identifying irregular dialysis reactions and notifying appropriate medical team members.
∎ Letting the medical team knowing about any changes to the patient’s conditions.
∎ Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Maintain patient confidence and protects confidential/ personal information.
∎ Maintains nursing /medical supplies and inventory.
∎ Management of Hemo Dialysis service delivery and patients care.
∎ Responsibilities:
