Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc -in Electrical/Mechanical engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall functions of Fire Safety Plan & Drawing.
∎ Preparing of all documents as per FSCD's requirement and follow up with FSCD.
∎ Ensure preparing all related documents on time.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies and Clients.
∎ Follow up payment and report to management about Fire Safety Plan.
∎ Work with Fire Service & Civil Defence
∎ Work with Accord/Alliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience at Design/Drawing & Fire Safety Plan with Fire Service and Civil Defence at least 3 Years
∎ Drawing review & practical experience with Accord/Alliance at least 3 years
∎ Vast knowledge about BNBC, NFPA and Fire Service & Civil Defence
∎ Must be self-driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
∎ Capable to motivate and lead a team
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Have excellent knowledge in Computer Applications.
