∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all the custom and bond-related works proficiently & independently and report management in timely manner.
∎ Be prepared for yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, General Bond, NOC to release indemnity bond etc.
∎ Require to do New Bond License issue, issue & renewal of General Bond, Signatory change, Bank inclusion & exclusion task.
∎ Work independently with BGMEA, Duty Exemption and Drawback Office, Customs Bond Commissionerate Office, Office of the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports & other GOVT offices.
∎ Maintain CUSTOM BOND REGISTER to follow up
∎ Perform as a team member to maintain all the export-import statement unit wise for yearly customs audit.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials including arrangement of UD & UP (typing and processing), In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process, Custom Bond Allotment & Yearly customs Bond Audit.
∎ To manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/ difficulties.
∎ Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
∎ Perform any other task which will be assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have adequate experience in MS office application.
∎ Must be active on WhatsApp and Email.
∎ Must be proficient in Custom Bond Audit, documentation & record sheet preparing.
∎ Have sound knowledge in Banking activities, customs rules & regulations related to import/export & deemed commercial activities.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency and advanced verbal & written communication skills
