Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from reputed university (Top priority: BUET)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge in drawing & design and civil construction
∎ Supervise and monitor the construction work of projects and ensure progress as per design and drawing
∎ Supervise other site engineers and take responsibility of the company's construction sector
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), and Material Receiving Report (MRR)
∎ Daily work planning and reporting to the office
∎ Construction goods receiving in good condition
∎ Monitor the project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenances work
∎ Monitor workers and contractors activities and evaluate their performance
∎ Ensure proper inventory of building materials on the site
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security on the project premises

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate sector.
∎ Candidate must have experience in finishing work of civil construction
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Able to work under pressure
