∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Mechanical, equivalent

∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Marketing, team work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents according to tender/bidding documents/requirements.
∎ To notify and organize different departments for accumulation of all necessary documents for bid submission and also the operation process for the corresponding tenders.
∎ Technical analysis of all relevant items for bid participation.
∎ Managing reports of upcoming and past bid submissions.
∎ Connecting with vendors/manufacturers/suppliers for participating in bids.
∎ Liaison, Maintain Relationship & Negotiating with all the concerned person of clients for bidding purpose.
∎ Should be able to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Monitor and ensure that all bid preparations are on schedule. Notify the operations department accordingly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about ICT, NCT, Offline e-gp

Salary: Negotiable
