∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ A reputed well-established construction Company is looking for some qualified, smart, and energetic persons for the following post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise & must have experience of pre-cast piling, execute the construction of building projects including shore pile, Basement, superstructure, sanitary & plumbing, and total finishing works of the building as per approved drawing.
∎ Must have the requisite experience in project supervision with quality control for a minimum of 05 Projects Simantously.
∎ Efficiency in completing the projects within the given time frame.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the project from beginning to end till its handover.
∎ Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
∎ Responsible for project control budgeting, manpower, and resource utilization, and materials allocation for different projects.
∎ Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
∎ Capable to do any work related to site management as assigned by the company.
∎ Must have experience in structural, architectural, and interior drawing and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc (civil) at least 10 years (s) in a reputed Construction company.
∎ If Diploma in Civil Engineering- Minimum 15 years experience in a reputed Construction company.
∎ Proactive, self-driven, and motivated;
∎ Analytical skills, Hardworking.
∎ Speaking and writing skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.
∎ Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility by making timely decisions and being accountable to management.
∎ Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in Auto Cad (2D & 3D) is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
